Ricco`s Pizza in Hampton

I have a granddaughter that is autistic. She will only eat Ricco's pizza. And believe me when I say she knows the difference. She has been going there since she was 2 she is now 7 yrs old. It can be difficult to eat out with a special needs child. They can be loud and have melt downs due to not being able to sit at a certain table, noise or change. A full house with a lot of people. People can be really rude and mean. We have always been more than welcome at Ricco's. The owners and waitresses and even their regular customers have always gone out of their way to make us feel welcome. They are like family to us and we feel right at home there. Spencer has to go there or at least order from there 2 or 3 times a week. I highly recommend this wonderful restaurant and their staff.

Best NY style fresh pizza in Hampton Va! Love this place! But shhhhh...it's a local secret in Hampton! Always friendly staff and yummy food and awesome prices! Highly recommended!

Still the best pizza in the 757. Every time I come back to visit family we have to stop by. Everything from the menu is delicious. You cant go wrong with any selection. You wont be disappointed.

Best pizza on the Peninsula, plus spaghetti, subs, salads, tiramisu, soups and more. The servers are extra nice and they are very customer oriented. They can accommodate from 1 to a party 20 sitting all together at the long table.

Having recently moved to the area I stumbled across this place which is near my house. Love going to lunch. The lunch specials are great. Pizza is very good, service perfect. Beer nice and cold and nice atmosphere. I’ve now tried 2 of the lunch specials and will keep working on the list since everything is very good. I would add the waitresses are very nice but the young man and the older (owner?) are a bit rough. The kid at the register has NO customer service skills and might me be better suited for another line of work. That’s the reason for 4 stars.

Great pizza

Fast service, decent prices. Reminds me of the good old days in Brooklyn when the cheese suspend from your slice to your lips.... Everyone needs to eat here.

Good food and good lunch specials

Careful with this place. My receipt was manipulated to charge $10 over, which I didn’t realize until I received my statement. I ended up speaking with the manager, who refused to listen to logic and hung the phone up abruptly. Good pizza, but shady dealings and untrustworthy unfortunately

I usually come here for the lasagne ,.. and it’s pretty good. They also deliver so that’s a plus,.. when you get tired of the popular pizza chains this is the place to go,...

I normally wait a day to review but this is absurd ive spent all day in and out of the bathroom. The meat was cooked all the way through but the pizza dough was RAW! I dont mean not cooked all the way, I mean really doughy center so raw that I had to cut it off the pizza.I didnt pay 24$ for a coke and a large pizza for it to be raw.

Visiting the beach and heard riccos pizza was the best. I paid $27 for my pizza, and they took out over $30 after I checked my card. It took them 2 hours to deliver my pizza when I was less then 5 minutes away. Pizza was okay, but they stole money off my card. So watch out if you aren't paying with cash, they are money hungry.

I've been a regular customer for the past 2 years. We got asked to leave our table as we were watching our game after dropping $80 and $70 the night before. The owner/manager was rude and very persistent we leave so she could sit a group of beverlyhills kids. It was humiliating and left a bitter taste in my mouth. We will not be going back.

Ricco’s is a pretty good pizzeria. My wife and I went there for the first time and it was pretty busy. There was only one waitress but she was getting to everyone is good time. I had the Shrimp Alfredo and it was really good!

Great atmosphere; great staff; friendly; great food. Love the subs, salads, pizza, burgers. Nice decor with old black and white Italian movie posters such as Fellini's 8 and a half, Life is beautiful, La Dolce Vida, and many stills with Sophia Loren & Marcello Mastriani. Go there! Family restaurant.

We have been to this place several times and it has not disappointed ever. We dont live in the area, but my sister and her family eat there often and we go there every time we visit. Its a cozy atmosphere and the food is good.

Had the largest pepperoni pizza , fed 6 people with no problem. A little expensive for me.

Best stromboli in town

Ordered hot wings and a chicken Philly cheesesteak. The wings were reheated from being cooked earlier in the day and the philly was more bread and onions and barely any meat. I will not be returning.

I absolutely love their Philly cheesesteaks!!!! Omgosh. Cheese, mayo. Peppers and onions! That’s how I always get mine. The staff is so nice too!

This is our go to pizza place. The large pizza's are generous in size and have just the right cheese and sauce. We are from Pennsylvania and Ricco's brings back a taste of home.

The food is Solid. The customer service (particularly the employees that answer the phone when you call in your order) is a little shaky.

We decided to try the place and called in a delivery order. The gentleman who answered the phone was polite and professional. The order was delivered in a timely manner. I ordered the baked spaghetti and my fiance' ordered a turkey club on rye.Wow! Those meals were bangin'! When we opened up the bag, it looked and smelled perfect, and it tasted every bit as delicious. Two thumbs way up! We did not encounter any rude behavior from staff that I've read about in other reviews. Quite the opposite, actually.

Great place good food great people

Horrible customer service. Called because my food was cold when delivered and was told there is no guarantee that the food would be warm upon delivery. The owner was completely disrespectful on the phone and said I needed to come back up there if I wanted warm food! Was ordering from them at least twice a month will never again! Not apologetic nothing! Don't support a horrible business! I also wonder if he would be that rude and straight confrontational if it wasn't over the phone face to face with my husband and I.... literally was that offensive. No wonder they are looking for help if the owner is that rude to a customer who knows how rude and mean he is to his staff!

Out of town and ordered late ( 20 min before they close) Still pizza got to my hotel in 17 min and it was great. Homemade flava with enough cheese to constipated the hulk, lol seriously good pizza. Better choice than papa or domino.
